Work Visa

VISHU assists in obtaining a work visa. If you have any questions, you can always ask us by sending us a request for a free consultation.

We are engaged in employment, and the vacancies provided by VISHU: engineers, office workers, IT specialists, hotel workers, belong to the Engineer, Humanities and International Activities visa type. The visa is issued for 1, 3, 5 years.

*Please note that a work visa can be issued after a successful interview and a job offer, regardless of the place of residence of the applicant.

After receiving a notification of a job offer, the preparation of documents for a work visa will begin.

Steps to apply for a work visa

1st stage: submission of a package of documents and an application for obtaining a CEO.

Documents you need to prepare:


  • Diploma of Higher Education
  • Summary
  • Photo
  • Various certifications confirming classifications
  • Copy of the passport
  • Copy of visa, if available
  • Also, if you are currently in Japan – residence card
  • History of stay in Japan (study, tourism, work, all records of entry and exit from the country)
  • Translation of all documents into Japanese

  • *VISHU provides Japanese document translation services.

    The package of documents from the employer:


  • Information about the company’s activities (booklet)
  • Document confirming the working conditions
  • Copy of financial statements for the last financial year
  • Company registration certificate
  • Letter from the employer, indicating the reasons for calling a foreign employee
  • 392 yen stamped envelope, addressed to

  • Our company will ask the employer and prepare all your documents.

    Step 2: After the COE (certificate of eligibility) is successfully issued by the immigration office, VISHU sends you the certificate by express mail.

    VISHU assists in the preparation and submission of documents to the immigration office for obtaining COE (certificate of eligibility).
    After successful review of the package of documents, a CEO certificate (certificate of eligibility) is issued. VISHU sends it to you by express mail.

    3rd stage: submission of documents to the nearest Japanese embassy in your country to obtain a visa.

    You submit the documents yourself to the nearest Japanese embassy in your country.

  • 2 visa applications
  • Copy passport
  • Passport
  • Photo for visa

  • Stage 4: upon arrival in Japan, obtaining identification documents at the airport or city hall. On request at VISHU you can be met at the airport.
