After VISHU checks all documents and makes sure that everything is correct and no corrections are required, you send the original documents by international courier service. Having received a package of documents, the school applies for a CEO certificate (certificate of eligibility) for a visa. When the certificate from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan is ready, the school will issue the first invoice, which must be paid before applying for a visa to the Japanese Embassy in your country.
After submitting an application to VISHU, the student is assigned a consultant who will supervise the application process, provide all the necessary information, answer questions related to studies, select the appropriate accommodation option and schedule the arrival and meeting at the airport.
