How to book a tour?

You can submit a request on our website, and our manager will contact you within 24 hours.
Alternatively, you can email us at tour@vishu.co.jp or call +813-6225-0853.
After a consultation, we will create a personalized itinerary, confirm dates, and prepare a contract.

Can I change the program?

Yes! All of our tours are fully customizable.
We can add or remove locations, change the duration, or suggest alternative activities.
Everything is discussed in advance — according to your interests and travel style.

How is payment made?

After the itinerary is confirmed, we issue a contract and invoice.
A deposit (usually 30–50%) is required, and the remaining balance is due 2–3 weeks before the start of the tour.
Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or, in some cases, through online payment services.

What about medical assistance?

We cooperate with trusted clinics and can arrange medical support if necessary — from interpreter services to hospitalization.
We recommend obtaining travel insurance before your trip, and we can assist with selection and paperwork.

How to apply for a visa?

We help you prepare a complete set of documents. If needed, we can also provide an invitation letter and supporting documents.
Visa consultation is included in the tour package.
