Job Description
You will be responsible for one of the following roles:
(1) Engine Control Development:
- Development of diesel engine control programs
- ECU (Electronic Control Unit) interface circuit design
- Communication control with vehicle systems
- Support and development of cooperative control
(2) Model & Simulation:
- Simulation using MATLAB/Simulink (e.g., vehicle plant models, battery control models)
- Data processing, management, and automation using Excel macros

Requirements
Required:
- Japanese language: Daily conversation level (JLPT N3 or higher)
- Practical experience using MATLAB / Simulink
- Good communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience with HILS, simulators, or real hardware testing
- Experience with CAN tools (CANalyzer, CANoe)
- AUTOSAR configuration experience (COM, MEM, PORT, DCM, DEM, etc.)
- Microcontroller manual reading skills
- Experience with C programming
- Automotive embedded software development experience
Working Conditions
Hours: 08:30 – 17:20 (7h 50m/day)
Overtime: ~20 hours/month (No overtime during training period)

Full 5-day work week
120+ days off per year

Annual salary: ¥4,000,000 – ¥8,000,000
