Job Description
We are seeking a UI Designer (Leader Candidate) to join our smartphone game development team. You will work on a wide range of tasks including UI design, screen layout, UX design using UI animation, graphic creation, and promotional materials such as landing pages and banners.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and planning of game screens
• Creation of UI design
• UX proposals utilizing UI animation
• Graphic production
• Creation of promotional landing pages and banners

Development Environment:

Team size: ~50 members
Design team: 2–5 members
Tools: Unity, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.

Requirements
Required Skills:

• Practical experience in UI design for smartphone games
• Strong graphic design skills
• Experience in UI design production

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in game development
• Experience using Unity
• Strength in graphic design, information architecture, or animation

Working Conditions
Working hours: 10:00–19:00 (1-hour break)
Full two-day weekends (Saturday & Sunday) + national holidays
Summer vacation (3 days), New Year holidays (Dec 29 – Jan 3)
Paid leave (10 days in the first year), bereavement leave, and refresh leave (5 days after 2 years)

Salary & Benefits
Annual salary: ¥4,500,000 – ¥8,000,000 (annual salary system)
Average monthly working hours: 160 hours
