Job Description
Join our engineering team to work on crash safety development and CAE analysis in the automotive field.

Main Responsibilities:

Crash test and CAE analysis
┗ Crash safety performance evaluation and simulation (LS-DYNA, etc.)
┗ Structural design proposals and performance prediction
┗ Structural improvement proposals, virtual evaluations, and physical verification
┗ Cost reduction technology development (e.g., vehicle deformation, airbag optimization)
Collaboration with other departments and partners (technical meetings, development conferences)

Requirements
Required:

• Professional experience in CAE analysis
• Experience building CAE models using LS-DYNA

Preferred:

• Experience with mesh generation using CATIA 3D data
• Experience building fatigue strength models
• Crash testing or CAE analysis experience in the automotive industry
• Knowledge of automotive structures and mechanical engineering
• Experience with analysis tools (e.g., HyperMesh, ANSYS)

Working Conditions
Flexible time system (core time: 10:00–14:00)
Standard hours: 9:00–18:00 (8 hours/day, 1-hour break)
Average overtime: ~20 hours/month

Salary & Benefits
Annual salary: ¥6,000,000 – ¥15,000,000 (based on experience and skills)
Monthly salary: ¥500,000 – ¥1,250,000 (1/12 of annual salary)
Guaranteed not to be lower than previous salary
