Position Overview:
Our sales team consists of people from diverse backgrounds and experiences. There is no fixed style — the only common trait is a passion for building business from the ground up.
If you are enthusiastic about China-related business and wish to build an international career utilizing your Chinese skills, this is the role for you.

Main Responsibilities:

• Sales activities in Japan–China trade (with 30+ years of business experience)
• Proposal and sales of advanced materials
• Handling a wide range of products: smartphones, PCs, displays, automotive parts, optical components, game consoles, EV battery materials, etc.
• New product development proposals from prototyping to mass production
• Negotiations, order management, and client follow-ups

Requirements
Required:

• Business-level Chinese
• Experience in either:Import/export sales at a trading company
• Sales of materials/devices in the mobile, PC, display, EV, or decarbonization fields at a Japanese manufacturer

Preferred:

• Knowledge of the Chinese market
• Management experience
• New business planning/execution experience
• Additional language skills (English, Korean, etc.)

Working Conditions
Hours: 9:30–18:00 (7.5 hours/day, 1-hour break)
Flex-time system (core hours: 10:00–16:00)
Full two-day weekends (Sat/Sun) and public holidays
New Year, bereavement, and paid leave (10–20 days)

Salary & Benefits
Annual salary: ¥6,000,000 – ¥10,000,000 (based on experience and ability)
Includes fixed overtime (20 hrs/month, ¥96,578–¥137,969). Additional overtime paid separately.
