Job Description
As a Construction Management Engineer, you will oversee piping installation projects across Saitama and the wider Kanto region.
Your main responsibilities will include schedule management, progress tracking, quality control, safety supervision, and cost management.
The actual construction work is performed by partner contractors, allowing you to focus entirely on management and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall project schedules and progress
• Conduct quality, safety, and cost control
• Communicate with clients and subcontractors
• Coordinate with partner companies to ensure smooth execution
• On-site inspection and management as needed

Position: Piping Construction Management Engineer
Employment Type: Full-time (Permanent Employee)
Trial Period: 3 months

Salary & Benefits
Monthly Salary: From ¥350,000 (includes base salary ¥350,000)
Bonus: Available (based on company and individual performance)

Working Hours
Hours: 8:00 – 17:00 (7.5 hours of actual work)

Required Qualifications

• Must reside in Japan
• At least 1 year of construction management experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to grow and take initiative
• JLPT N3 or higher (daily conversation level)
