【Overseas Sales Representative – New Business Development (EV Battery)】

Job Description
Join our growing Overseas Sales Team and help drive the launch of new global businesses in the rapidly expanding EV battery sector.
We are looking for a bright, energetic person with a strong passion for business development and international trade.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and promote new business opportunities related to EV batteries
  • Conduct overseas sales and marketing activities, primarily in China and other global markets
  • Build relationships with partners, manufacturers, and suppliers
  • Conduct market research and identify business trends
  • Collaborate with internal departments and group companies to develop and execute strategic plans

Requirements
Required:

  • Business-level Chinese (Mandarin) proficiency
  • Experience in sales at a trading company, or in EV battery–related industries (Experience in mobile devices, PC components, display materials, or decarbonization-related products is also acceptable)
  • Positive, energetic, and business-oriented personality

Preferred: Strong interest in EV battery technologies and related business proposals

Employment Details
Location: Apollo Tower Nihonbashi, 1-8-16 Nihonbashi Honcho, Chuo-ku, Tokyo
Transfers: Possible for overseas assignments (based on employee preference)
Employment type: Full-time / Permanent employee
Trial period: 6 months

Salary & Benefits
Annual Salary: ¥7,000,000 – ¥10,000,000

Based on experience and previous compensation
Includes fixed overtime allowance (approx. ¥96,578–¥137,969 for 20 hours/month)
Additional overtime pay provided for extra hours
Salary reviewed annually (April)

Working Conditions
Working Hours: 9:30 – 18:00 (1-hour break, 12:00–13:00)

Year-end/New Year holidays
Condolence leave
Paid leave: 10–20 days per year (starting after 6 months)
