Job Description
Join our engineering team to work on crash safety development and CAE analysis in the automotive field.
Main Responsibilities:
- Crash test and CAE analysis
┗ Crash safety performance evaluation and simulation (LS-DYNA, etc.)
┗ Structural design proposals and performance prediction
┗ Structural improvement proposals, virtual evaluations, and physical verification
┗ Cost reduction technology development (e.g., vehicle deformation, airbag optimization) - Collaboration with other departments and partners (technical meetings, development conferences)

Requirements
Required:
- Professional experience in CAE analysis
- Experience building CAE models using LS-DYNA
Preferred:
- Experience with mesh generation using CATIA 3D data
- Experience building fatigue strength models
- Crash testing or CAE analysis experience in the automotive industry
- Knowledge of automotive structures and mechanical engineering
- Experience with analysis tools (e.g., HyperMesh, ANSYS)
Working Conditions
- Flexible time system (core time: 10:00–14:00)
- Standard hours: 9:00–18:00 (8 hours/day, 1-hour break)
- Average overtime: ~20 hours/month

Salary & Benefits
- Annual salary: ¥6,000,000 – ¥15,000,000 (based on experience and skills)
