Overseas Business Development Manager

Working Hours

  • 11:00–20:00 (8 hours/day, 1-hour break 13:30–14:30)
  • Set according to European business hours.

Holidays & Leave

  • 5-day workweek (Sat/Sun/public holidays) — 121 days/year
  • Paid leave: 10 days after 6 months
  • Parental leave / Bereavement leave

Salary & Benefits

  • Manager: ¥4,200,000 – ¥8,000,000/year
  • Staff: ¥4,200,000 – ¥7,000,000/year
  • Annual salary increase
  • No bonus or retirement allowance (annual salary system)

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with overseas clients and attend direct meetings
  • Consecutive interpretation during meetings with partners from Malta, Poland, Ukraine, EU countries, etc.
  • Translation of contracts, emails, game design documents, and other materials
  • English-based research on legal, industry, and market trends
  • Accompany executives on overseas business trips and exhibitions
  • Support management with planning, contracting, and scheduling

Requirements

  • Valid work visa with at least 5 months remaining
  • Business-level Japanese and English (including reading/writing)
  • B2B interpreting experience (3–5+ participants on both sides)

Preferred Skills

  • Interpreting or translation experience
  • Secretary or assistant experience
  • Experience or strong interest in the gaming industry
