Quality Assurance Specialist — Global Career Opportunity (English/Chinese Speakers Welcome)

We are now looking for a new member to join our Quality Assurance (QA) Team, which ensures the safety and reliability of all our products.

Job Description
Position: Quality Assurance Staff (Regular Employee)
Annual Salary: ¥3,600,000 – ¥5,000,000
Monthly Salary: ¥225,000+ (Base + Performance Pay, overtime paid separately)
Location: Tokyo (Head Office)

Main Responsibilities

• Factory Coordination and Auditing (including interpretation duties):
• Visit domestic and overseas factories once every 1–2 months (approx. 1 week per trip)
• Conduct quality audits and verify compliance with GMP and hygiene standards
• Communicate effectively with factory managers to ensure production accuracy and quality
• Document Preparation and Management:
• Prepare internal QA reports and meeting minutes
• Create specification sheets (in English and Japanese) for communication with overseas factories
• Prepare and manage regulatory application documents for healthcare products
• Verify product labeling and packaging for compliance with domestic laws and standards
