Responsibilities
- Consecutive interpreting for meetings with overseas clients (multi-party)
- Interpreting during video conferences with partners in Malta, Poland, Ukraine, and EU countries
- Translation of contracts, emails, game development documents, and related materials
- English-language research (e.g., legal references, online gaming news)
- Support executives and department heads (contracts, scheduling, documentation, etc.)
Requirements
- B2B interpreting experience (corporate-to-corporate or internal divisions, not B2C)
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English (including reading and writing)
- Experience interpreting for groups (3–5+ people on each side)
Preferred:
- Translation experience
- Secretary/assistant experience
- Experience in gaming-related interpreting or translation
- Familiarity with or passion for video games

Working Hours
- Business Hours: 11:00 – 20:00 (adjusted for EU time zones)
- Choose from the following shifts:
- 11:00 – 20:00 (8h + 1h break)
- 12:00 – 20:00 (7h + 1h break)
- 13:00 – 20:00 (6h + 1h break)
- 15:00 – 20:00 (5h, no break)
- 16:00 – 20:00 (4h, no break)
- Lunch break: 13:30 – 14:30 (can shift to 14:30 – 15:30)
- Friday is optional (no work required)
- Mandatory: 4 days/week (Mon–Thu), 16:00–20:00 for regular international meetings
- On-site work is required.
Conditions
- Start date: Within 1 month after offer
- Number of positions: 1
- Hourly rate: ¥3,000 – ¥5,000 (excl. tax)
- Transportation: Up to ¥15,000/month (negotiable)
Holidays
- Standard 5-day work week (Sat & Sun off)
- Annual holidays: 121 days
- Additional company-specific holidays may apply
