【CAD Operator】No Experience Required – Learn All Skills Through Training

Job Description

Join our team as a CAD Operator for various construction projects. You will use RebroCAD, a 3D CAD software specialized for building equipment, to create detailed cross-sectional, floor, and structural drawings under the guidance of senior staff.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create technical drawings (cross-sections, floor plans, structural diagrams, etc.)
  • Work on projects involving various types of buildings and infrastructure

Examples of Projects:

  • Commercial facilities, office buildings
  • Residential complexes for disaster recovery
  • Public facilities (hospitals, schools, government offices)
  • Power plants (nuclear, thermal)
  • Water, gas, and chemical plants
  • Airports, railways, roads, tunnels, bridges

Training Program

A 3-week training program is provided after joining:

  • Basic PC operation
  • Reading and understanding technical drawings
  • Practice drawing electrical, duct, and water supply systems

We also provide ongoing follow-up training and career support.


Requirements

  • Any professional work experience
  • Basic PC skills
    No prior CAD experience required!

Working Hours & Holidays

8:00–17:00 (1-hour break) – may vary by project
Over 120 days off per year

  • Weekends and public holidays off
  • Golden Week, summer, and New Year holidays

  • Paid leave (90% usage rate)

Salary

Annual salary: ¥3,080,000 – ¥5,000,000
(Base salary: ¥220,000 – ¥350,000 + allowances + bonus twice a year)
Entry-level basic salary: ¥180,000 during training, rising to ¥220,000 after completion.

Examples:

  • ¥3.4M / Age 24 / 1st year (No experience)
  • ¥3.7M / Age 27 / 2nd year (Experienced)
  • ¥4.5M / Age 30 / 4th year (No experience)
