Job Description:
You will be involved in the development and design of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) for automobiles.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and implementation of ADAS functions (mainly software)
- Development and verification of software
- Collection and analysis of test data
- Activities to improve development efficiency and quality
- Preparation of related documentation and participation in team meetings
Requirements:
- Japanese language proficiency at a daily conversational level (JLPT N3 or above)
- At least 1 year of experience with CAN tools (CANoe, CANalyzer)
- Experience in software development in C or MATLAB/Simulink (modeling)
Preferred:
- Experience in ADAS or automotive control system development
- Experience in developing or testing automotive ECUs or sensors
Working Hours:
08:30–17:20 (7 hours 50 minutes per day, depending on the project)
Standard working day: 7 hours 50 minutes
No overtime during training period
Average overtime: 20 hours/month
Holidays:
- Five-day work week
- More than 120 days off per year

Salary:
Annual income: ¥3,500,000 – ¥7,500,000
